  • Peugeot Elystar 50TSDI

    Hello,
I have a little headache with Elystar. The problem is that it starts fine, I can give it gas, but after riding it for 200-300m it cuts out.
I'm not sure if the spark cuts out or fuel... The funniest thing is that when it is on the center stand I could rev it for how long I want and it doesn't cut out. There are no error codes at all. Throttle body is calibrated.
    Any ideas?
    Info add:
It seems that after stalling when it's fairly warm it doesn't want to take revolutions up a notch. When I add some throttle it bogs.

    Hi Robix,

because you have an injection scooter i would begin checking the connector of your "Ignition and injection control unit".
Checking on moisture, bad connections and oxide and clean if necessary.
As the name states, this unit is responsable for the scooter's ignition and injecttion.

On this website/forum you can also download an elektrical diagram/datasheet of your scooter, maybe comes in handy in your search.
